HaikuPop Gaming & Collectibles is a growing specialty retail store in Moreno Valley, CA, focused on trading card games, collectibles, and building a strong local gaming community. As we continue expanding into a larger space and evolving our in-store experience, we're looking for team members who are excited to grow alongside us. Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience Assist customers in selecting products that fit their interests and skill level Develop and use product knowledge to confidently explain features, gameplay, and value Recommend additional items through upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Stay informed on new releases, trends, and popular products within the gaming space Accurately process transactions and handle register operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

Requirements:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to explain products clearly, including game-related or technical details Computer literate and comfortable learning retail systems (POS, inventory, etc.) Ability to accurately handle, count, and be responsible for cash and register balancing Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable handling customer interactions in person and over the phone Interest in trading card games, collectibles, or gaming culture is a big plus As a Sales Associate at HaikuPop, you'll be part of a fast-growing team where your contributions directly impact the customer experience and the store's success.
