We are seeking a Community Sales Associate to work with our Community Sales Manager at a debuting new home community. Whether you are a committed sales professional, or just starting your new home sales career, this a wonderful opportunity!
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the facilitation of the entire sales process by answering the sales office phone, scheduling appointments, greeting all visitors and qualifying potential buyers, providing product and pricing information, performing walk throughs of model homes while highlighting features and benefits, and coordinating reservations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace as well as thorough knowledge of community features, floor plans, pricing, and available inventory to effectively assist potential clients and homebuyers. Act as a liaison on behalf of buyers and clients, coordinating with all members of the Sales and Marketing, Construction, and Customer Service teams, as well as the design centers, mortgage, and title companies regarding all home buyer matters. Work closely with the Escrow team, lenders, title company and buyer for home buying process in order to set realistic expectations. Assist with coordinating the maintenance of sales office and model homes. Assist with the opening and closing of the sales office and model homes. Additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of new homes sales experience preferred California Real Estate License required Must be able to work weekends Customer focused with a professional manner CRM and computer experience Proven email and phone communication skills Sales contact management database experience Solid organizational, planning and managing skills Ability to multi-task and manage time well Must be able to learn and follow proven sales process

Full-time Pay:
$30,000 base salary + commission
