Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and deliver exceptional service that inspires confidence. You will help customers have a seamless shopping experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, product demos, and customer management within a vibrant environment dedicated to quality and creativity. Responsibilities Greet customers POS transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure an organized and inviting store environment. Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, account management, and effective communication skills. Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or seasonal promotions to increase store traffic and sales. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, pricing, and retail math tasks accurately. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising standards, and stock management. Organizational skills that enable efficient multitasking across customer service, product demos, account management, and marketing efforts.
