Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and creative individual to join our budtending team. Must have a keen attention to detail and a positive attitude. Experience with excel and word is required.
WEEKEND HELP NEEDED!
Must be available to work Sat/Sun.Responsibilities include:
Giving friendly customer service, helping customers make informed choices, fulfilling orders and ringing out items. Gaining an extensive knowledge of cannabis to better inform customers. Checking state issued IDs and helping maintain compliance. Running inventory counts and checks. Computer entry including menu updates and updating inventory databases. General daily cleaning and organizing of sales floor and inventory. Maintaining a kind and peaceful work environment with a team atmosphere. Shifts will be 2-3 days per week. Weekends and Holidays are part of the schedule.Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
- Ability to stock and merchandise products effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry
