Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, copying, scanning, and other services Process customer transactions and payments Handle package drop-offs and pickups Assist with passport photos and other retail services Answer phone calls and customer questions Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform basic computer and administrative tasks Learn different services and procedures Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Basic computer skills Able to learn quickly Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, willing to learn, and enjoys helping customers.
