Valerio's Bakeshop has been serving the community of National City and San Diego county since 1988 . We are a family owned and operated Filipino bakery that has been passed down from generation to generation. We specialize in Filipino baked goods and desserts. We pride ourselves in being the best to curate freshly baked Pan de Sal, Cheese Balls, Siopao, and more. All of our products are hand-made in-house and baked fresh daily. JOB TASKS

Calculate and process sales transactions/returns Accepting payments Work directly with customers Taking and preparing customer orders Adjusting display racks and cases Working with back of house to ensure baked goods and desserts will be ready on time for customers/restocked Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts Bagging products and shelving Report any issues with equipment Maintaining adequate change denomination in cash drawer while also working directly with the operator for additional change Answer customer questions This position will require bending, twisting, stooping, lifting, and continually being on your feet Proficiency in English and Tagalog speaking is a plus but is not required
