Newark, CA Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $55,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description AVN Mgmt, Inc. is hiring a Sales Crew Member to represent AT&T and connect customers with AT&T Fiber internet solutions in the San Leandro area. In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment, learn about their connectivity needs, present available AT&T services, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a full-time, entry-level sales opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in sales, customer acquisition, and account management. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on sales training, product education, coaching, and mentorship to help you develop the communication and sales skills needed to succeed. Sales Crew Member Responsibilities Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face sales interactions. Present AT&T Fiber products, services, plans, and promotions based on customer needs. Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process while maintaining accurate account information. Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and attentive service. Meet individual sales goals while contributing to overall team sales performance. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and product education. Sales Crew Member Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in person and initiating sales conversations. Motivated by goals, performance, and professional growth. Able to learn product information and apply sales techniques effectively. Reliable, professional, and able to work full-time. Reliable transportation is required.
