Job Description
Job Overview Norco Equipment Rentals is a family owned and operated equipment rental company proudly serving contractors and homeowners throughout the Inland Empire. We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands on, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Assist customers with equipment rentals, returns, and basic equipment questions Prepare equipment for rental including cleaning, inspection, fueling, and basic maintenance Load and unload equipment safely for customers Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard and shop areas Help keep equipment organized, staged, and rental ready Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast paced environment Basic mechanical knowledge or mechanically inclined is a plus Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials up to 55 pounds Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
