Job Description

Job Title:
Semiconductor Process Technician, Photonic Laser Communications About Us Flux is pioneering laser communication systems powered by photonic circuits to ensure resilient tactical networks for America and her allies. In an era where traditional radio links are increasingly jammed and intercepted, our systems will deliver critical capabilities in defense of free and open society. The Role As a Semiconductor Process Technician , you will join our motivated team in the San Francisco Bay Area to fabricate nanophotonic devices, circuits, and systems at the frontier of optics. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll operate across a range of cleanroom processes and techniques to produce and refine our innovative laser communication systems. Key Responsibilities Execute a variety of semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, plasma etching, material deposition, and wet chemistry Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain a high standard of quality control Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and testing, to optimize device performance Document process parameters, track progress, and provide feedback on fabrication improvements Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges to ensure timely project delivery
What We're Looking For Technical Skills :
Experience with semiconductor processing and cleanroom environments is a plus, but we also welcome highly motivated newcomers with strong technical aptitude Attention to

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
