This opportunity is ideal for competitive, customer-focused individuals who enjoy in-person sales interactions and want hands-on experience in high-volume AT&T wireless sales. This Sales Associate role is especially welcoming to bilingual English/Spanish speakers, as you will work directly with a diverse customer base and help connect more families with reliable AT&T wireless services. As a Sales Associate, you will: Engage with each customer in an in-person setting, providing clear and helpful communication in both English and Spanish when needed Present AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions through in-person consultations Support customer acquisition by generating leads and increasing wireless interest daily Maintain focus on daily sales goals, customer conversions, and in-person performance metrics Stay informed on the latest AT&T wireless promotions to better assist each customer Contribute to a high-energy, team-focused environment centered around customer success Requirements to Become a Sales Associate Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for effective in-person customer communication Comfortable engaging customers in an in-person sales environment Strong work ethic with consistent customer-focused performance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven wireless sales setting Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to grow as a Sales Associate Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
