Job Description:

As a Part-time Sales Associate at Neighborhood Pawn of Placentia, you will play a key role in assisting customers with collateral loans and supporting sales transactions. We offer on site training, no experience Necessary.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with the evaluation and appraisal of items for collateral loans. Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Support the sales process, including price negotiation and transaction finalization. Utilize online platforms, such as eBay, under guidance to optimize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Interest in learning about the pawn industry. Basic knowledge of various items, with a willingness to expand expertise. Availability for part-time hours, 9:30am - 6:00pm Open Availability Good communication and interpersonal skills.
