Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcome patients with a touch of ALOHA Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email Great customer service, organization, and problem solving skills Help maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software system Help our patients flow through the office in a timely way Pretesting patients before they see the doctors Lifestyle frame styling to match patient needs Educate patients on how to maximize insurance benefits to purchase contact lenses and glasses using basic math Process payments and insurance claims Process and manage orders Frame adjusting and minor repairs Help patients look, see, and feel GREAT!
