Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive and organized store layout Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell related products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
