Known for our rich ramen, late-night atmosphere, and quality ingredients, we are expanding our menu to include sushi and specialty rolls. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who take pride in presentation, consistency, and hospitality. Position Sushi Chef / Sushi Roll Maker Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Included Discounted employee meals Growth opportunities available Responsibilities Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and appetizers with consistency and attention to detail Prep fish, sushi rice, sauces, and ingredients daily Maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi station Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts Communicate and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff Assist with inventory and minimizing product waste Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sushi experience required Experience making sushi rolls, nigiri, and basic knife preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Team player with good communication skills Food Handler Certification preferred Weekend and evening availability preferred Why Join Koi Kaze?
