Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Conduct retail sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while ensuring proper product pricing and inventory control Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising techniques Provide product demos when applicable to educate customers about features and benefits of items Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves and conducting stock counts to support store operations Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for supporting team efforts Ability to handle cash register operations accurately along with basic math skills for retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock management practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed to support store functions This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail expertise in a fast-paced environment.
