Role:

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our customer engagement, sales and satisfaction. By being completely informed on all of our offered products and services, you will ensure that you can provide our customers with the best personalized service packages that meet their needs. By building relationships, thinking creatively, and utilizing your excellent customer service, you will drive sales in our stores and leave a lasting impact with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with our customers: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every customer by building rapport, identifying needs, and delivering attentive service that supports long-term satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to clearly explain features, benefits, and options. Conduct demonstrations and respond to questions accurately to help customers make informed decisions.

Drive Sales:

Actively support sales goals by recommending appropriate products and service plans based on customer needs. Focus on delivering solutions that lead to completed sales and positive customer outcomes.

Engage with your team:

Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members and management to improve performance and customer experience.

Create Solutions:

Work with team members to address a range of customer needs and support in-store initiatives that increase engagement. Contribute to a consistent customer experience that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty. Qualifications Minimum 3 months of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and retain product information. Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment. Enjoys participating in a lively team dynamic. High school diploma or GED required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $19.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience (paid weekly) Full-Time schedule (including weekends).
