We focus on delivering an elevated client experience while driving strong membership growth. Position Overview We are seeking a sales-focused Sales Associate who is motivated by achieving goals and delivering a high-quality client experience. This role includes membership sales, client engagement, and studio operations , including maintaining a clean and organized environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for commission based on performance. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Promote and sell memberships, service packages, and add-ons Guide prospective clients through the sales process, including studio tours Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships Work toward individual and team sales goals Client Experience Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients Educate clients on services and benefits Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner Studio Operations & Cleanliness Clean and reset ("flip") rooms between client sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio areas Follow company sanitation and safety procedures Qualifications Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + commission opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement as we are a growing company Employee Membership Schedule Requirements Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Equal Opportunity Employer SWTHZ is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
