Assist customers in locating parts using inventory management systems, including computerized parts catalogs. Provide detailed product information, including specifications for automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance requirements. Manage sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy. Maintain organized inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring proper storage of powersports parts. Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service. Skills Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features and answer customer inquiries confidently. Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment tasks.
