Job Description
We're hiring energetic Sales Associates for a busy women's fashion boutique.
You are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and engaging with customers
- Strong in styling, relationship selling, and add-on sales
- Fast-paced, dependable, and team-oriented You will:
- Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, and complete looks
- Maximize every sale with strong dressing-room follow-up
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Follow company standards and procedures
Pay:
Up to $22/hr + bonuses (top performers earn $300+/month+) Immediate opportunity to earn and grow.Pay:
