You'll help create an amazing experience for every client by: Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming attitude Answering phones and scheduling appointments Helping clients learn about our Wellness Program membership Following our proven sales process (we'll train you!) Processing payments and appointment paperwork accurately Working closely with our massage therapists and managers as one team Keeping the studio organized, clean, and inviting Helping us reach our monthly sales goals We're Looking For Someone Who… Enjoys talking with people and making them feel welcome Loves providing outstanding customer service Is confident recommending products or services Learns quickly and enjoys being coached Stays organized and pays attention to detail Can stay calm and positive in a busy environment Works well both independently and as part of a team Is dependable and takes pride in their work Experience Previous spa, retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We'll provide the training you need if you have: A positive attitude Great communication skills A willingness to learn A desire to help people Availability Evening and weekend availability is required.
