In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, helping customers with their printing, shipping, and retail needs while ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services to create a welcoming atmosphere Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and attractive store layout Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction Support supervising staff with daily operations, including inventory management and sales tracking Promote store promotions and upselling strategies to maximize sales potential while delivering value to customers Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail or grocery store setting is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory counts Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling procedures, and upselling techniques is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail career!
