We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers feel confident, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is a strong team player. This position requires excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shapewear sizing and product recommendations Help customers try on and properly wear shapewear garments Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Open and close the store when scheduled Restock inventory and organize merchandise displays Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store Assist with social media content and customer engagement when needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Support team members and help achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) Previous retail or sales experience Social media experience is a plus Reliable, responsible, and punctual Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between store locations when needed Strong communication and customer service skills Fast learner with a positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable assisting customers in fitting shapewear garments Must be available to work Saturdays (mandatory) Team player with a strong work ethic Starting pay begins at $18.00/hour and may increase based on experience, qualifications, sales ability, social media knowledge, and overall skill set.
