Product Management:

Assist with receiving shipments, restocking, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure all items are accounted for.

Customer Service Excellence:

Handle inquiries, and complaints professionally. Maintain knowledge of store policies and seek customer feedback to improve service.

Skills & Qualifications Experience:

Retail experience, preferably in a boutique or specialty store.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales orientation, product knowledge, ability to work independently and as part of a team, must be able to use a point-of-sale system and have high proficiency with cashiering.
