Job Description
Nomad Boutique | Downtown Truckee is Hiring a Sales Associate We're currently hiring for: Thursdays & Fridays 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (We're looking for someone who can work the entire shift.) At Nomad Boutique, we believe that a great customer experience is everything. Every interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming, elevated shopping experience from the moment a customer walks through the door. Because you'll often be working independently, we're looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, self motivated, and confident managing the store on their own. As part of our team, you'll also be cross trained at our beautiful sister store, AFTR HRS , located just a short walk away in Downtown Truckee. We love having our team work at both locations for a fun change of scenery. Since both stores use the same POS system and operate similarly, transitioning between the two is seamless. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, memorable shopping experience for every customer Confidently greet every guest and build genuine connections Offer personalized styling advice and thoughtful customer service Keep the store clean, organized, and visually polished throughout the day (daily cleaning is part of the job) Open and close the store independently Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautiful visual displays Help receive and organize inventory Support light social media tasks when needed Stay active and on your feet throughout the shift Who We're Looking For Exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and confident starting conversations Someone who naturally makes people feel welcome Passionate about fashion and delivering an outstanding customer experience Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently for an entire shift Strong time management skills and able to multitask in a fast paced environment Detail oriented and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful store Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day Self motivated and takes initiative without constant supervision To Apply Please send us: Your resume Your current work availability If you're passionate about fashion, love working with people, and are excited to be part of two beautiful boutiques in Downtown Truckee, we'd love to hear from you.
