Duties Operate our Toast POS system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit Skills Familiarity with POS systems for seamless transaction processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail sales effectively Join us as a
