Job Description

This role is essential to ensuring every customer interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with the goals of our brand partners. As a Team Member, you will serve as the frontline representative for customers, helping to build loyalty, resolve concerns, and drive sales and contribute to our partner's growth as we achieve clearly defined KPIs.
Team Member Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Account Management team to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance while supporting ongoing sales efforts. Respond to incoming inquiries from customers seeking product or service information, and provide tailored recommendations that align with their needs and preferences. Stay informed on all telecommunications products, service promotions, and compliance updates to accurately communicate options to consumers. Use strong interpersonal skills to understand individual customer needs, resolve conflicts, and guide conversations toward effective solutions and relevant offers. Deliver consistent and timely communication, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information in every interaction. Represent both our company and client brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence.Team Member Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to both customers and internal stakeholders. Quick-thinking, problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues and support team success in a dynamic setting. Reliable, punctual, and always prepared to contribute to the team's goals.
