Cronin Jewelers is a successful, artisanal, retail jewelry store located in Boulder, Colorado, 20 miles outside of Denver. We have been in business for over 45 years, known for our unique, custom in-house jewelry design and creation, and personal attention to detail. We are a multi-service jewelry store offering professional design, finely curated jewelry collections, and masterful restoration and repair services. - Deliver exceptional client experiences to all patrons, building on our already loyal clientele
- Work closely and creatively with clients, vendors, and bench jewelers throughout the custom process
- Become well versed in our custom process, as well as all the fine jewelry collections we carry
- Manage the shop's social media profile, including photography and posts to accounts
- Help set up and take down jewelry. Create beautiful and creative seasonal displays.
- Perform all aspects of sales to include: merchandising, inventory control, client correspondence, repair intake, and coordination of custom jobs
- Provide overall support to shop team as needed to include: invoicing, shipping orders, scheduling, restocking packaging, etc.
- Help maintain the tidiness of the store and office space
Qualifications:
Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented creative team player who genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideal candidate will offer the following:- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience required, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Excellent computer skills required: o Strong understanding of photography, website management, and social media platforms desired. o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, Excel, Photoshop and POS systems experience highly desired.
- Ability to multi-task, strong organization skills, and attention to detail required.
- Interest in fine jewelry or the visual arts a must.
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday with extended hours/days during the holiday season (no evenings!)
