General Summary:

As a Montbell Boulder Store sales associate, you will provide a complete and memorable shopping experience by spreading the message of our "Light & Fast ® " and "Function is Beauty" values, outdoor product knowledge and maintaining our exceptional standard of customer service.

Primary Responsibility:

Customer Service is the number one responsibility as a sales associate. Maintain a clean and neat environment for our customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Merchandising throughout the store to represent our product. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently. Daily duties such as receiving and transferring items. Keeping up to date on products and their uses.

Physical Requirements:

Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time to operate daily floor duties and more. Ability to regularly perform store maintenance such as sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, & cleaning. Ability to safely lift boxes up to 55 lbs. その他:
