We are currently hiring for full-time Floor Lead. We are a high volume Medical dispensary in Boulder, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cannabis and working in a retail setting.

Qualifications:

Must have a current MED badge. 2 years cannabis experience in a retail setting Must have valid Driver License with clean driving record. Must have basic computer skills. Prefer related experience (•not required). Prefer experience with POS of any kind (•not required). Reliable means of transportation to and from work.

Shifts:

evenings 2:30p-10:30p and weekends all shifts

Core Duties:

The Floor Lead's primary responsibility is to support the flow of the shop. They are the administrators behind the budtenders, keeping inventory fed to the floor, ensuring the inventory in the system and the floor each represents the other. This also supports online menu accuracy. The Floor Lead assists management to help maintain an upbeat and positive atmosphere, supports the team to stay on task, and manages employee breaks throughout the shift. As technical concerns arise, these individuals are there to support and correct things as needed. They are the first point of escalation for customers and will continue to escalate concerns as needed to management. Individuals in this position will be entrusted with keys and codes to the building, they will unlock in the morning and lock up at night, ensuring everything is where it belongs. They are responsible for directing opening and closing procedures and executing register overrides, defective returns, and adjustments as needed. Administrative shift reports are to be completed by this individual, including shift handoffs, allocation of shift tips, and end-of-day paperwork. During rushes and peak times, the Floor Lead is expected to serve customers with the combined organizational goal of providing exceptional customer service.

Secondary Duties:

This individual will be responsible for executing medical deliveries as needed. This position will be the point of contact for contractors and municipal professionals for day-to-day needs in the event when the GM or AGM are off premise. They will receive products from vendors by validating shipments, signing for shipments, receiving in METRC, receiving in Green Bits, and printing barcodes for product labeling in the event when the Inventory Manager is off premise. They will direct budtenders to label products during downtime when it does not impact customer wait time. Other duties as assigned.
