The ideal candidate has a passion for women's fashion, a strong background in luxury, boutique or speciality retail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients through personalized styling and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service by creating a warm, personalized, and elevated shopping experience consistent with our brand aesthetic and customer experience standards Deliver exceptional client service through personalized styling support taking time to understand each client's needs, preferences and lifestyle to create curated, elevated wardrobe solutions Assist clients on the sales floor with styling guidance, outfit building and product recommendations that reflect the boutique aesthetic Process client purchases with precision and professionalism Assist w/coordinating incoming merchandise, stock organization, online orders and inventory replenishment Ensure the boutique remains organized, polished and aligned with the brand image at all times Collaborate closely with leadership to support sales goals and overall client satisfaction Qualifications 3-5 + years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion, boutique luxury or speciality retail Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Polished appearance and professional demeanor required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Experience with styling and high-touch client experiences Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Technical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft office and Retail POS systems Compensation Competitive compensation opportunities are available for candidates who bring strong sales experience, exceptional customer service skills and a natural alignment with our brand aesthetic and clientele.
