We also support the local creative community by showcasing work from area artists. Currently operated by the owner and one employee, we are looking to hire a second team member who is friendly, dependable, and excited about creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide outstanding service Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Recommend products and upsell complementary items when appropriate Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays Receive and organize deliveries Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items Assist with opening and closing duties Help drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred Comfortable recommending products and identifying sales opportunities Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
