Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for customer service. You thrive on connecting with guests, sharing product knowledge, and helping them find gear that fits perfectly. Sales experience is a plus, and/or a love for outdoor adventures + gear. Either makes you a great fit for this position! Your role is all about creating memorable experiences on the sales floor, keeping the store looking sharp, and being the go-to person for any customer question. No management responsibilities—just full-on focus on guests, gear, and making the store feel alive. What You'll Own Customer Experience & Sales Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming, client-focused environment Deliver "Headucation" to help guests understand gear features, fit, and benefits Build rapport, answer questions, and solve problems with a friendly, knowledgeable approach Accurately ring up sales, process returns, and protect against shrink Store Presentation & Merchandising Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Maintain displays: helmets buckled, goggles cleaned, gloves stacked, accessories front and-center Restock sold products from backstock and ensure shelves are full and inviting Use creative flair to help merchandise the store in a way that feels fun, bright, and inspiring Team & Brand Engagement Attend product knowledge and sales training sessions to build expertise Help maintain a positive, high-energy floor culture Submit 1-2 photos or short videos per month for Craniologie's social media or website Work with warehouse team to understand the full business workflow You Might Be a Fit If You've got 1+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience You love the outdoor, ski, or snowsports lifestyle You're energetic, personable, and great at building relationships quickly You're organized, reliable, and take pride in a clean and well-presented store You're curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about products and the outdoor industry You're on your feet and moving for the full shift without complaining What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour + frequent individual & team-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time associates) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off Employee discounts on gear Flexible scheduling to balance work and outdoor play A team culture that respects powder days and celebrates great days on the floor Interested? with a resume and a few sentences about how you connect with customers, share your knowledge, and bring energy to a sales floor.
