Job Summary Catherine Store Wine & Liquor is looking to expand our cast of characters! We offer a professional opportunity to be part of an iconic Roaring Fork Valley institution. You could call this a job posting, but as you may know, we aren't the typical liquor store. We are wine nerds, studied collectors, and eager educators. This bustling community hub is a trusted source for the world's most compelling libations...yes, that old gas station just past Carbondale that was once a Pony Express stop. Catherine Store Wine & Liquor offers long-term, meaningful career opportunities, whether you're a budding wine enthusiast or just know that grapes make delicious juice. Our ideal co-workers are motivated to provide a great experience as the face of Colorado's premier wine destination. We enjoy building and maintaining Colorado's most extensive fine wine & agave spirits inventory but are most proud to offer compelling values our patrons can enjoy any night of the week. To continue doing what we do best, we need more hands on deck. Whether it's greeting customers, finding great wine, sourcing special spirits, stocking the coolers or running the cash register, we are all constantly chipping away at the many demands of our business. Compensation is a combination of guaranteed income and discretionary bonuses. Our associates start at above-average hourly wages and are fully paid for all overtime. Successful and committed associates enjoy health insurance benefits and vacation bonuses. Additionally, tenured associates may be awarded company vehicles, travel opportunities and ownership participation.
