Job Description

We specialize in high-quality nutrition, supplements, and products that many pet owners have never encountered before. Our customers trust us to help them make informed decisions about their pets' health and well-being, and we take that responsibility seriously while having a lot of fun doing it. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset. You might be our person if: >You're the type of person who researches everything before making a purchase. > You care deeply about animal health and welfare. > You're comfortable saying, "I don't know, but I'll find out." > You enjoy helping and teaching people while building genuine relationships with customers. > You show up on time, take responsibility for your work, and don't need constant supervision. > You're naturally curious and enjoy learning new things. What you'll be doing: > Helping and teaching customers choose the right foods, supplements, and products for their pets. > Learning about pet nutrition and continuing your education through company-provided training. > Receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store. > Assisting with day-to-day store operations and providing exceptional customer service. > Lifting and carrying products weighing up to 40 pounds to chest height. What we're looking for: > A genuine love of animals. > Curiosity and willingness to keep learning > Strong communication skills. > Reliability and personal accountability. > Availability includes at least one weekend day a week.
