Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Boutique Market Associate to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about food, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a guest facing retail setting. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to creating a memorable shopping experience. •

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and rotated properly Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately Assist in receiving and checking inventory deliveries Support with merchandising, pricing, and promotional displays Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times Contribute to a team-oriented, supportive work environment

Qualifications:

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Interest in local and artisanal food products is a plus
