Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting stunning fine jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight the craftsmanship, features, and unique qualities of each item Provide personalized styling advice and educate customers on jewelry care and maintenance Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cash drawer balancing Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain organized stock levels by stocking new merchandise, merchandising displays, and ensuring the store's visual presentation is appealing Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication and prompt assistance Skills Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods environments, with supervising experience preferred Strong knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and POS systems Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory management Skilled in cash register operations, cashiering procedures, and cash handling with attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving approach Ability to conduct product demos confidently while engaging customers in meaningful conversations about jewelry features and benefits Join us as a Fine Jewelry Advisor where your passion for jewelry meets your talent for sales!
