In this role, you will evaluate, appraise, and process collateral items, offering tailored loan solutions to meet our customers' needs. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help foster trust and build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about retail finance, customer service, and sales growth. Duties Assess and appraise a wide variety of collateral items to determine their value accurately. Originate loans by guiding customers through the loan process, explaining terms clearly, and upselling additional services when appropriate. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including debits & credits, cash management, and cashiering duties. Maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service, relationship management, and personalized financial solutions. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions closely and adhering to security protocols. Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies. Utilize financial software to record transactions, update customer accounts, and generate reports for management review. Skills Proven experience in financial sales, retail math, or banking environments with a focus on customer relationship management. Strong knowledge of loan origination, processing procedures, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly. Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection methods to safeguard assets and maintain trust. Proficiency in basic math skills, including 10 key typing, cash handling, debits & credits, and general cash management. Ability to operate financial software efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all transactions. Strong relationship management skills to foster loyalty and repeat business from diverse clientele.
