Lead Spa Coordinator & Guest Experience Specialist Shine Intuitive Beauty | Edwards, Colorado At Shine Intuitive Beauty, we offer results-driven skincare in a warm, elevated, and highly personalized environment. We are seeking a Spa Coordinator who can confidently manage the flow of a busy treatment environment while helping create a seamless and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Spa Coordinator is often the first and last impression of our practice. This role is equal parts guest experience, organization, communication, and operational support. The ideal candidate is warm, polished, and professional, while also being highly observant, resourceful, and able to take initiative. They enjoy staying busy, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and understand that exceptional client experiences are created through thoughtful attention to detail. This position requires someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client check-in and check-out with warmth and professionalism Maintaining daily spa flow, timing, room turnover, and provider support Cleaning, laundry, restocking, and overall spa upkeep Supporting retail recommendations and product sales Managing bookings, confirmations, and client communications Assisting with marketing, social media, and administrative projects Helping ensure every client receives a seamless, elevated experience
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a spa, medical office, hospitality, concierge, administrative, or client service role required Experience managing schedules, client communications, appointments, or office operations strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Professional appearance and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly Reliable personal transportation required Interest in skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

IMPORTANT NOTES
We operate at a high standard and are looking for someone who is ready to step into responsibility, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully to the team. All new hires participate in a structured training and trial period to ensure a strong mutual fit. We are seeking a long-term team member who is based in Eagle County or willing to relocate prior to starting employment. We are not currently considering internship, externship, or esthetician-in-training applicants for this position.
