Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked by restocking shelves as needed. Perform retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Adhere to phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
