The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting and explaining our products and services, and recommending appropriate solutions. A positive, proactive approach and the ability to efficiently resolve customer inquiries or concerns are essential for success. Ultimately, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall performance and profitability of the store. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services Respond to customer inquiries related to specific products and services Conduct product and pricing comparisons to support informed purchasing decisions Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend complementary products Maintain well-organized and fully stocked merchandise displays Process merchandise returns in accordance with company policies Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, particularly during peak periods Communicate current promotions, discounts, and special offers to customers Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager Stay current on product knowledge and company offerings Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Organizational skills to manage stocking routines and maintain a well-presented store environment Basic numerical proficiency Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
