Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
• Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Accurately process transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary ```

Requirements:

```

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must obtain a Industry Employee Badge
