Our goal is to foster an atmosphere that combines professionalism and fun, leaving customers both satisfied with their experience and looking forward to their next visit. We understand that good customer service stems from happy employees, so the right team member will be enthusiastic, motivated, hard working, clean, organized, and team-oriented. Tips are above the industry standard and provide, on average, an additional $5 to the base pay rate. Potential for the right candidate to move into a shift manager role within 60-90 days

Job Qualifications:

Complete customer transactions in an efficient and speedy manner while performing exceptional customer service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options while advising customers about safety precautions. Adherence to all MED regulations. Accurately utilize the point-of-sale system. Assist with dispensary operations, including but not limited to: operating a cash register, maintaining a hygienic and clean workplace, stocking product.

Job Requirements & Preferences:

Must be at least 21 years of age Must have an active MED badge Minimum of 1-year retail, restaurant or service-related experience In-depth knowledge of cannabis industry Contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment; possess a positive attitude and be self-motivated. Open availability including nights, weekends and all holidays
