This part-time seasonal position, offering hourly pay ranging from $15.16-$18.50 plus commission incentives , along with room for growth and the support of a collaborative team. Job Summary Gallery Sales Associates are the welcoming face of our gallery, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations. In this independently run space, you'll engage visitors, understand their tastes, recommend pieces, and share knowledge of our jewelry, artwork, and their cultural significance. This role also includes maintaining pristine, well-stocked displays, following security protocols, and fostering a safe, inviting environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently, with strong sales skills and a passion for the arts. Prior jewelry or fine art knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities Greet every customer warmly and professionally, creating an inviting atmosphere Engage customers to understand their preferences and provide a personalized experience Deliver exceptional service through thoughtful recommendations and product guidance Develop strong product knowledge, including materials, artists, and cultural significance Build lasting client relationships through trust and genuine connection Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels Accurately process transactions and handle merchandise with care Follow all security protocols to protect merchandise and ensure safety Support overall gallery operations and additional duties as needed Requirements Proven sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset Ability to work independently and take initiative Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interest in or knowledge of art and native american jewelry preferred
