• We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Responsibilities
• Utilize excellent customer service skills to engage and assist customers
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Experience
• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous Potential for growth The ideal candidate will work from 10am
• 5pm and ok with working a flexible schedule (some weekends required).
