Store Associate/Cashier

Job Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Your role will involve assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store for the convenience store and the QSR (Quick-Service Restaurant) within the store. Responsibilities

• We rely on Sales Associates to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register; as well as prepare restaurant food by our standards and procedures.
• We expect store employees to demonstrate reliability, honesty, and greet customers with a smile
• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Drive sales through effective communication with customers
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your store
• Ring sales and maintain cash control
• Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
• Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
• Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors
• While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on your franchisee, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 5-15 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40
• 50 lbs Experience
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
• Ability to supervise or lead a team is a plus
• Experience in a convenience, grocery, and restaurant store setting is advantageous
