Job Description

Front Desk Bell Staff perform many duties, including transportation of guests in our shuttles, providing luggage service, answering telephones, providing local information, handling guest comments and complaints, conference setup and breakdown, keeping the lobby area well stocked and organized, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
Flexibility to work late shifts and morning shifts Ability to lift baggage of up to 50lbs up three flights of steps Good verbal and written communication skills, and be capability of making independent decisions Desire to interact with guests/customers Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment. Ability to positively handle adversity Competence with computers Have a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
ON-PROPERTY HOUSING IS AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYEES. THIS IS A SHARED LIVING SPACE WITH SHARED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS AND PRIVATE BEDROOMS.
