Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, creating memorable luxury experiences Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and boutique targets Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and outreach Maintain in-depth knowledge of Piranesi collections and craftsmanship Process transactions accurately and manage client data with discretion and professionalism Operate the credit card machine efficiently and generating invoices. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members from New York head office to ensure a smooth operation of the store. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store. Experience Previous experience in retail sale. Experience in luxury markets Experience in seasonal stores. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Spanish is a substantial second language in Vail.
