0 is a locally owned, independent quick-service restaurant looking for two dependable part-time team members . We operate differently from a traditional full-service restaurant. Each shift is typically run by a two-person team , and together you handle the operation from taking customer orders through preparing and packaging them. Because our team is small, reliability really matters. Regular and punctual attendance is essential. What You'll Do Take counter orders using our POS system Provide friendly, positive customer service Answer phone orders Prepare and assemble food orders Package takeout orders Complete basic food prep Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized Work closely with one teammate to keep the shift running smoothly What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work well as part of a two-person team Willing to learn all areas of the operation Organized and able to take responsibility for your part of the shift Positive attitude and strong work ethic Restaurant experience is helpful, but reliability, attitude and willingness to learn are more important. Pay & Growth Starting base pay: $18/hour Your base pay can increase as quickly as you are able to learn the role and accomplish the training objectives below — there is no need to wait for a set review period. +$0.50/hour for each station mastered 4 stations = up to +$2/hour +$1/hour for ServSafe certification +$1/hour when trained and able to independently open or close the store Base pay can increase to $22/hour, plus tips with our staff averaging $21
