Job Summary Join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive exceptional customer experiences! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes shoppers, processes transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, and provides expert assistance to help customers find the perfect products/styles. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless shopping journey, whether you're handling sales, stocking shelves, creating social media or demonstrating products. Duties Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales along with posting to our social media. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are presented attractively. Professional communication. Experience Prior experience in retail sales. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Be able to lead by example and build a relationship with clients Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly. Basic math skills for performing retail math calculations. Experience in upselling, product demos, merchandising, stocking, and providing excellent customer service will set you apart!
