Job Description
Sales Support Role Join a growing Manufacturer and be in the critical sales support role. This is a key role supporting sales and customer service. Responsibilities Performs order entry, takes in orders, confirms with customers, resolves errors and issues, notifies AR of review requirements, enters tracking and freight information, enters fees, and releases orders Enters and maintains customer information Processes returns, provides copies to customers, maintains returns files, investigates and resolves shortages and incorrect shipments Coordinates and communicates with production on special jobs Maintains and purges files Takes and triages incoming calls, provides administrative support for the sales area Prepares quotes for customers as backup to the sales team Serves as a member of the sales team, supporting coworkers and offering ideas for improvement Experience Required ERP system experience and computer skills Math skills Accurate and detail-oriented Organized and able to prioritize Ability to manage time and multiple tasks/priorities Clear, concise & professional when speaking to customers Flexible and adaptable For immediate consideration, please call 860-773-0059
